Appointment upgrades are paid on the day of your appointment, and VIP Appointments need to be paid before your appointment by ringing us on 01603 630 483. Appointment refunds are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment. You can move your paid deposit to another date as long as you give 48hrs notice.
