Bridal Experiences
Classic Bridal
A classic bridal appointment is for a bride and up to three adult guests to come in-store and have a bridal consultant assist you in finding your dream dress. You get to try on our vast range of wedding dresses and experience all the magic of our store. Over the two-hour appointment, you are also offered tea & coffee.

Classic Bridal Saturday & Evening
The Saturday or evening classic bridal appointment is for brides that wish to come in-store on a Saturday, or from 5pm to 8pm on a Thursday.

Come Back
The come back appointment is for brides that have already tried a bridal gown on and would like to return and purchase it.
The retry appointment is for our customers that have purchased their dress and wish to try it on again.

Re-Try Your Purchased Dress & Accessories
The dress and accessories appointment is an opportunity for brides to come in-store and try on their purchased dress with our vast range of beautiful veils, hair pieces, tiaras & belts. You are also able to show any friends and family that couldn’t attend your original appointment. This appointment is not available on a Saturday.

Alterations
Once you have purchased your dress with us, we have an in-house expert team of seamstresses who will make sure your dress fits perfectly. This appointment is for you and up to one adult guest to attend. Our alteration services are exclusive to our customers, which allows us to truly focus on you!

Try Head Dress & Veils
If you are already a bride of ours, you can come in for free and try on head dresses and veils. If you are not our bride you can still come in, but we charge £20 for the appointment.

Prosecco & Nibbles
You & up to three adult guests can come in-store and have a magical bridal appointment, with the extra fun of a bottle of prosecco and nibbles! This appointment is for 2 hours.

Bridal Breakfast
Our bridal breakfast is for a bride and up to three adult guests to enjoy a pastry breakfast with tea, coffee, and buck fizz or prosecco over the two-hour appointment. You will have your own bridal consultant throughout your appointment to assist you in finding your dream wedding dress. Bridal breakfast is only available at 10am.

Bridal Party Nights
The bridal party night is for a bride and upto 10 people, to come in-store and retry your purchased dress with a bottle of processo & nibbles for two hours. You can bring your bridesmaids and try all your dresses on together & choose the perfect accessories! This appointment is on Thursday nights.

Rose Room Experience
You & up to 8 adult guests can come in-store and have a magical bridal appointment, with the extra fun of a bottle of prosecco and nibbles! This appointment is for 2 hours.

VIP Experience
Our VIP experience is for those seeking even more glamour! You will have the privacy of our Rose Room with a 360° view of Norwich city, and a sweet cart, afternoon tea, and drinks. You will have a dedicated bridal consultant to assist you in finding your dream wedding dress. The VIP experience is for a bride and between three to eight adult guests. Come and enjoy the only bridal VIP suite in Norwich! This service is only available at weekends.

Prom, Bridesmaids & Evening
Evening & Prom Experience
This appointment is for the event attendee and up to three guests with no children or babies to come in and try on our beautiful dresses. Complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks are available and you will have a dedicated team member help you every step of the way.
Please Note: When booking this appointment, you must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. This appointment is for you alone to try on dresses and will last for 1 hour. Unfortunately, additional individuals will not be able to try on dresses during this appointment.

Glitz & Girls
Our glitz & girls appointment is an appointment for children to come in-store for two hours and try on as many prom dresses as they wish! You will be provided nosecco, & nibbles, along with a photo opportunity for our Instagram.
Please Note: When booking this appointment, you must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. This appointment is for you alone to try on dresses and will last for 1 hour. Unfortunately, additional individuals will not be able to try on dresses during this appointment.
£20 for four people, & £5 per additional person, up to 10 people. All guests must be over the age of eleven.
Bridesmaids
Appointments are now available in store for adult bridesmaids. We have a wide selection of dresses to try in sizes 6 to 30.
Prices are as follows:
1-2 bridesmaids =£20, 3 bridesmaids =£30, 4 bridesmaids =£40, 5 bridesmaids =£50.

Appointment refunds are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
You can move your appointment to another date as long as you give 48hrs notice.
No babies or children are allowed to any appointments.
