From the moment you first step through our doors to the day you leave with your dream dress, we are here to help you.
Once you have request an appointment we will get back to you ASAP and confirm your appointment.
On your confirmation email there will be two links. The first link is for a bridal interview, where you can fill us in with all the exciting details of your big day! The second link is for your very own client portal, where you can view your appointment details and view all our dresses we have in-store, you can also favourite the ones you love! These help us know more about you before your appointment.
You will receive two appointment email reminders, one a week and one a day before your appointment. If you have opted in for text messages you will also receive a text.
When you first arrive at our store you will be greeted and your temperature will be checked and we will ask you to sanitiser your hands. Then the fun can begin with finding you your dream dress!
Once you have decided on your gown we will take you through the ordering/purchasing process. If we are ordering you a wedding dress from our Platinum Bridal Collection, we will advise you off the timescale. If you're buying from our Silver Suite or prom collection you can take your dress home straight away!
If your dress needs alterations we can book you in with our expert in-house seamstresses who will make sure your dress fits perfectly.
