In a perfect world, brides should begin shopping 10 months before their wedding, and place their order 6 to 7 months before the date of their wedding.

Our prom and evening dresses are returning to our store in 2021.

Our wedding dresses can be ordered from most of our collections up to a size 32, and our sample dresses in-store are sizes 6-26. Our mother of the bride dresses can be ordered from size 8 to size 20, evening dresses from size 6 to size 18 and prom dresses from size 0 to size 18.

We proudly do all our alterations in house with an experienced team. Our alterations service is exclusively for customers and we don’t do outside work. All alterations are charged.

Our VIP suite is for those seeking an extra luxurious experience. Its exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy our stunning 360° view of Norwich City. The suite is £25 per person and includes bubbly, afternoon tea and sweet cart.

Please note, there must be a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 10. The VIP experience can not accommodate babies or children under 12. Any guest above the age of 12 are charged at standard rate. We are unable to change the date you have booked without 48 hours notice. The deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments for new customers last up to 2 hours. Retry, fitting and alteration appointments are up to an hour long.

For safety at this time, we are only allowing two guests from the same household with every bride.

Unlike other bridal boutiques we do not charge for storage when you buy a dress from us. We are able to store the dress right up to the day before your wedding.

Our store is a 1 minute walk from the Castle Mall, where you can park.

Our fresh prom stock comes in by November every year. We only sell one of each style of dress per a school, so recommend coming in from November to January to ensure it is unique to you. Dresses start at £299 and we advise parents to make their daughters aware of the budget set, to avoid falling in love with a dress out of budget. Alterations are not included. We stop doing prom alterations in May, although you can still buy prom dresses after May without alterations. Be prepared to say yes to the dress, as you don’t want to leave it long due to our school exclusivity!
