When should I buy my wedding dress?

In a perfect world, brides should begin shopping 10 months before their wedding, and place their order 6 to 7 months before the date of their wedding.

When should I buy my prom dress?

The prom dresses we have this year are able to be brought off the peg and taken home straight away. If you need alterations please leave a few months for this.

What sizes do you offer?

Our wedding dresses can be ordered from most of our collections up to a size 32, and our sample dresses in-store are sizes 6-26. Our evening dresses range from size 6 to size 18 and prom dresses from size 0 to size 18.

Do I need an appointment?

At this time an appointment is needed for every service we provide. You can book an appointment here.

Do you do alterations?

We proudly do all our alterations in house with an experienced team. Our alterations service is exclusively for customers and we don’t do outside work. All alterations are charged.

What is the Rose VIP Room?

The Rose Room VIP suite is for those seeking an extra luxurious experience. You can read more about it here.

How long is my appointment?

Appointments for new customers last up to 2 hours. Retry, fitting and alteration appointments are up to an hour long.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

Please view the appointment types page for more information on guest numbers. No children or babies are allowed.

Do you offer storage?

Unlike other bridal boutiques we do not charge for storage when you buy a dress from us. We are able to store the dress right up to the day before your wedding.

Where can I park?

Our store is a 1 minute walk from the Castle Mall, where you can park.

Can I take pictures?

Photos can not be taken until you have said yes to the dress. This is due to designer copyright.

Terms & Conditions

Appointment refunds are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment. You can move your paid deposit to another date as long as you give 48hrs notice. The price of your appointment is taken off the price of a dress if you purchase on your first visit. Your details are treated confidentially & will not be used for any other purpose than for your booking & shopping experience with us. Your details will not be sold.
